Direct replacement for the OEM ISC(Idle Speed Control)/IAC (Idle air control) This is the Sensor located on the throttle body. It controls the idle speed of the motor. It receives it's signal from the ECU to raise or lower the idle speed due to coolant temp, engine load, A/C load, and power steering load. If you are having issue with high idle or stalling, this part may be your issue.
