Replace your old, hard, brittle, leaking, or missing BIS with this complete OEM Kit and regain your idle control. This is the Base Idle Screw setup in the top of the throttle body that allows you to adjust your base idle via a controlled air leak. When the O-Ring or plastic screw get old and worn they leak causing erratic or high idle. The plastic screw threads also wear which allows the screw to be up forced out which is why some will find the screw completely missing.
