Ninja Performance Solid Timing Belt Tensioner Pulley 6G72 DOHC

This is the solid non adjusting non eccentric Timing Belt Pulley used in the Ninja Performance Solid Timing Belt Kit that replaces the OEM MD140071 adjustable timing Belt Tensioner Pulley.

Purchase this pulley if you have already purchased a Race Timing Belt and Solid tensioner and want to complete your kit.

Includes:
-Solid Timing Belt Idler Pulley (replaces timing belt tensioner pulley that can become loose causing the belt to slip)

Upgrade to the longer Grade 8 Zinc Yellow Chromate plated (corrosion resistant in wet environments) adjusting bolt used as standard in the Ninja Performance Solid Tensioner and required with the use of this pulley when using non Ninja Performance Solid tensioners like the BLE and other copies of the first Original Ninja Performance Solid Tensioner kit that use shorter adjusting bolts that are not long enough to reach/adjust this non eccentric pulley.
Adding the optional longer Grade 8 bolt also includes the Serrated Lock Nut found on the Ninja Performance kit to lock down the bolt once adjusted so that it can not back out even at extensively tested 9200rpm
This fully threaded Grade 8 3 1/2" long bolt is expensive but we offer it at our cost so that our customers have the option of using the best hardware possible.
