Use this unique Ninja Performance Timing Tool to adjust the tension on your timing belt/tensioner pulley. With the short 1/4" female extension welded on the tool, the Ninja Performance Timing Adjuster Tool gives you the room you need to use just a 1/4" ratchet without the need of any extensions. But it was also designed so that the 1/4" ratchet attachment is the exact height needed to attach your 1/4" ratchet to and have the ratchet just clear the pulley, keeping it away from the car body/side rail. Another cool feature is the 1/4" extension does have the securing ratchet ball cutout so that it will stay connected to your 1/4" ratchet.
