Replace your old, rotted, cracked, or missing stock rubber turbo inlet hoses/pipes with this set of mandrel bent Aluminum Pre Turbo Intake Pipes. The OEM rubber pipes between the turbo inlets and the shared rubber inlet bubble after the MAF are rubber (obviously), and, with age, are prone to cracking and possibly collapsing under the high vacuum turbos create while pulling in air. A potential problem that only increases with age and increased boost pressure. The interior walls of the OEM rubber pipes are not smooth, which only adds to the insufficiency of the OEM rubber pipes. Replacing these inefficient OEM rubber pipes with this smooth interior mandrel bent aluminum hard pipe kit can increase overall power, efficiency, and response. These aluminum pipes will also dissapate heat faster than the OEM rubber pipes, making the aluminum pipes less prone to heat soak. Cooler pipes means less heat transfered into the intake air charge. Less heat equals a denser air charge which not only equals more power but also less detonation.
