Rebuild your Mitsubishi 6G72 Throttle Body with this complete kit that uses Genuine OEM Mitsubishi BIS and FIAV seals and a set of better than OEM Mil Spec Throttle Shaft Seals Included in this Throttle Body Rebuild Kit: BIS - Base Idle Screw kit Includes all of the items shown in product image below as part #07793, #07708S, and #07788S Replace your old, hard, brittle, leaking, or missing BIS with this complete Genuine OEM Kit and regain your idle control. This is the Base Idle Screw in the top of the throttle body that allows you to adjust your base idle via a controlled air leak. When the O-Ring or plastic screw get old and worn they leak causing erratic or high idle. The plastic screw threads also wear which allows the screw to be forced out which is why some will find the screw completely missing. The BIS kit includes all 3 parts in the BIS setup: (1) OEM Idle Screw (1) OEM Idle Screw O-Ring (1) OEM Black Cap that covers the Throttle Body Idle Screw hole Mitsubishi OEM 6G72 FIAV Oring - Seal Includes one Genuine Mitsubishi OEM FIAV Oring - Seal A worn, cracked FIAV Oring - Seal can cause idling issues. Should be replaced when rebuilding your throttle body. Shown in product image below as part #07729 Mil Spec Throttle Shaft Seals Old worn throttle shaft seals will cause boost/vacuum leaks and sticking/jamming of the throttle plate. Rebuilding your throttle body? You need these throttle shaft seals. Loosing power from boost leaks thru the old brittle worn shaft seals? You need these throttle shaft seals. Don't use inferior seals. The Mil Spec metal cased seals have been proven over the years to be the only throttle shaft seals to hold up to time and the heat under the hood. They are also the only seal known to hold boost up to at least 40PSI. This is due to the materials used and the metal casing which are like the OEM seals (which are not an available part).
