This is a New Cam Angle Sensor for the 6G72 DOHC Yes, this Cam Angle Sensor is pricey, but in all honesty it is the only Ignition component I know of on ANY vehicle that even after 20 years of constant spinning and delivering precise Engine Degree of Rotation information signals still works in 90% of the 20 year old plus DOHC 3000GTs and Stealths. And not just working well enough to start and drive to work, still working well enough to break records, run 1000HP on 3.0L, on the original part. So while this new CAS is pricey, its worth it to know you are buying a new CAS that will give you many years of precise ignition firing. Ignition timing is crucial to engine performance and reliability. Don't trust it on a used part when your CAS finally fails.
