Step by Step AWS Delete install guide showing install on my personal 1991 VR4 during the initial test fitting/designing of the AWS Delete Kit

Remove Wheels

Remove Driveshaft

Remove Shocks

Disconnect Brake Lines

Remove steering fluid hose shield

Disconnect all four steering fluid hoses - Two per side

Remove emergency brake cable bracket bolts

Support subframe to prepare for lowering

Remove four mounting nuts and two plates with nuts that hold subframe to posts

Slowly lower subframe

Remove Pump/Rack/Lines from subframe

Use Mitsubishi grey sealant on plug

Install with hammer and socket until flush

Install rack replacement rods using existing holes

Remove rear AWS lines from front steering rack and use the supplied plugs with teflon tape to plug holes.
Remove the 4 AWS lines running the legnth of the car

You can either purchase a FWD power steering resevoir, or use the AWS resevoir.
If you use the AWS resevior, you can either cap off the two AWS nipples or loop one of the unused short hoses to both unused nipples

Slowly raise subframe back up onto studs and secure.
Reinstall all removed/disconnected parts in reverse order
